Fools

By Cameron Taylor

Notes
Fools seek moments
Pleasure, delight and joy
Flipped thoughts
Things past taught.
Tipped sorts,
Get caught,
Thinking they’re greater
Than they are.
The wise fool
Is lowest
But barely ever slowest
To see the truth
Of what might be
Though they’re overlooked
Often mistook
For a simple mind of glee
They are the greats
That will start debates
Seemingly for fun
Then just run
For it’s you that needs to think.
