Life of an ant

Life of an ant.
  Seemingly small 
 But working for something greater
       Every task taken head on
            No problem left till later.
               A country stoic
                 Of all lands
                  The arid and the dry
                    He works all day so he can leave 
                     A legacy when he dies.
                      Not complaining about distance
                       Just knows he has somewhere to be 
                        Gets to work 
                        Small tasks
                        Resulting in something great does he.
                        Every now and then 
                       Moments of pause
                      To take in what it sees

                            No wasted energy fighting
                               Except to protect its queen 
                                  No wasted energy bragging
                                      Bout where it’ll be ors been.
                                         Seemingly small 
                                            Not holding significance
                                               But the simple life of simple steps,
                                                 Results in absolute magnificence.

                                                         Just one step a day
                                                           is tricking yourself 
                                                        Into living a great life
